Everything you need to know before renting
Included in your rental
Unlimited mileage, third-party liability insurance in Chile, motorcycle protection and luggage depending on the model, a tire repair kit and phone support during your trip.
Requirements
Minimum age 23, valid motorcycle license, 30% booking deposit and a credit card for the security deposit.
Insurance and responsibility
Motorcycles include coverage according to the rental conditions. Deductibles, excluded damage and renter responsibilities are detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
Pickup and drop-off
Standard pickup and drop-off is in Coyhaique. Alternative locations and transfers can be arranged depending on your route, dates and availability.
Travel outside Chile
If your route includes Argentina or another international border crossing, contact us before booking so we can review the required documentation, permits and applicable conditions.
Bookings, changes and cancellations
Your booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been paid. Changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the current rental conditions.
