Tierra del Fuego & Patagonia Motorcycle Tour

We will welcome our adventurers at Presidente Carlos Ibáñez del Campo Airport and transfer them to Punta Arenas, capital of the Magallanes and Chilean Antarctic Region, where they will enjoy a welcome dinner. There we will review the route and share all the recommendations needed to make this journey a truly unique experience.

After a hearty breakfast in Punta Arenas, we will begin our day by crossing the legendary Strait of Magellan toward Tierra del Fuego.

Once on the island, we will ride through the Chilean side along little-traveled roads and wild landscapes, making a very special stop at the King Penguin Nature Reserve in Bahía Inútil, where we will be able to observe a unique colony of king penguins in their natural environment.

We will then continue toward the Argentine border and follow our route to Río Grande, where we will finish this great day in Tierra del Fuego.

We will leave Río Grande and begin riding the legendary Route 3 south. As we advance, the Fuegian steppe will gradually give way to increasingly mountainous landscapes, surrounded by forests, lakes, and scenery of extraordinary beauty.

During the day, we will make essential stops at Lake Fagnano and the famous Garibaldi Pass, one of Tierra del Fuego’s great viewpoints. We will then continue to the end of Route 3 in Tierra del Fuego National Park, one of the most emblematic points of this journey.

After completing this unforgettable day, we will return to Ushuaia to rest and enjoy this iconic Fuegian city.

We will have a free day to enjoy Ushuaia at our own pace. Those who wish to continue exploring can cruise the Beagle Channel, visit the historic Maritime Museum and former prison, stroll through the city center, or simply enjoy its landscapes and distinctive Fuegian atmosphere.

It will also be an excellent opportunity to rest, browse the local shops, and sample the local cuisine, where king crab and Patagonian lamb are among the highlights.

We will leave Ushuaia and ride along the eastern side of Tierra del Fuego, occasionally following the Atlantic coast. As we head north, the landscape changes back to the Fuegian steppe and the wind becomes our companion until we reach Cerro Sombrero, once an important oil camp during the region’s twentieth-century petroleum boom.

We will leave Cerro Sombrero in Chilean Tierra del Fuego, cross the Strait of Magellan once again, and continue our route through the immensity of Argentine Patagonia.

We will ride across the Patagonian pampas, among vast ranches and endless horizons, until the imposing silhouette of Mount Fitz Roy begins to appear in the distance. Our day will end in El Chaltén, one of Argentina’s most iconic mountain destinations and one of Patagonia’s great postcard landscapes.

We will start the day very early in El Chaltén for a hike to reach one of the viewpoints overlooking the imposing Mount Fitz Roy, enjoying one of Patagonia’s most iconic landscapes.

We will then set off for El Calafate, another of Patagonia’s great destinations. Upon arrival, we will have time to explore the town center, enjoy its atmosphere, and discover the local cuisine, bringing to a close a day that combines nature, riding, and relaxation.

Today we will ride 80 km to visit Los Glaciares National Park, one of the great attractions of Argentine Patagonia. There we will discover Perito Moreno Glacier, part of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field and one of the region’s most imposing glaciers. We will walk along its viewing platforms to observe it from different perspectives and appreciate the immense scale of its ice walls.

If we are lucky, we may witness one of its spectacular ice calving events, an unforgettable moment in the heart of Patagonia.

We will leave El Calafate, land of glaciers and steppe, and head south along the legendary Route 40. We will cross landscapes that seem frozen in time, where immensity and silence accompany every kilometer. We will cross the border into Chile and continue across the Patagonian steppe toward Puerto Natales, with Cerro Dorotea forming part of the landscape as we approach. Puerto Natales, on the shores of Última Esperanza Sound, will be our gateway to Torres del Paine National Park.

We will leave Puerto Natales to visit one of Patagonia’s great icons: Torres del Paine National Park, known as the “eighth wonder of the world” and renowned for its imposing mountains, lakes, glaciers, and spectacular landscapes.

After exploring some of its most emblematic places, we will enjoy lunch in a privileged setting with spectacular views of Patagonia. We will then make our way back to Punta Arenas, where our farewell dinner will be waiting for us to celebrate the end of this great adventure.

After breakfast, we will transfer our guests to Punta Arenas Airport. The adventure will come to an end, but it will leave an indelible mark. We will say goodbye to the end of the world with the certainty of having conquered Patagonia on two wheels. What we have experienced will stay with us forever: on the road, on our skin, and in our soul.
